At JackRabbit eBike, we want you to feel the thrill of every ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original condition. If your new ride isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JackRabbit account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your e-bike or accessories in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
